24–48 Hours
Preparing Your Order
After you place your order, we normally begin processing it within 24–48 hours. This includes order review, confirmation and preparation for dispatch.
Stage 02 · Tracking Information
3–5 Business Days
Tracking Number Provided
Your tracking number is normally provided within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. You'll be able to follow shipping updates once the carrier makes them available.
How to Track Your Order
- Keep your order number and order confirmation for reference.
- Wait for your tracking number to be provided, normally within 3–5 business days after placing your order.
- Use the tracking number on the shipping carrier's tracking website to view the latest available updates.
- If you need assistance, contact our support team and include your order number.
Why Isn't My Tracking Number Active Yet?
A newly issued tracking number may not show movement immediately. Carriers sometimes need extra time to scan the parcel and update their system. Please allow some time for the first tracking event to appear.
Weekends, public holidays, high order volumes and logistics handovers can also affect when tracking information becomes available.
Processing Time vs. Delivery Time
Processing time is not delivery time. The 24–48-hour processing window and the 3–5-business-day tracking window describe the steps before or around dispatch, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. All timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
